2006 Liberty with Small leak /drip

We purchased a used 2006 JEEP Liberty on 10/23/2009. We LOVE it! Since we have had it, there was leak after driving and then parked in the garage. We have had it to the dealer 3 times and it is still leaking. 1st - LEAKING replaced pan gasket 2nd - LEAKING found JEEP memo saying not to use a pan gasket, use RTV 3rd - Service said they had it up on a lift over night and is not leaking. What we are seeing is other fluid flying underneath and dripping. It has been about a month since being in the JEEP service shop. Again we talked to the service people and told them it is still dripping. We have only a 90 day warranty from the dealer. We are concerned this drip may be something major. Anyone else have this problem? Larry's Comment: You did not say what the leak was Richard...oil?...transmission fluid?...radiator coolant?... Either way, I would demand that the dealer fix the problem while under your 90 day warranty. If you still get no satisfaction I would ask for a full refund, or take legal action against the dealership.
