80 CJ-7 Rattling but Running Strong

I had a 1980 CJ-7 Laredo. Got a job and drove from Connecticut to Illinois pulling a tandem axle U-haul with everything I owned and a few choice borrowed items.

I lived in the Quad Cities for a year and loaded her back up and drove back to Connecticut for a new job.

Vibrations, gyrations, and a 5-speed shift lever that broke off the tranny mount aside, the Jeep was a champ and I was bummed when I had to sell it. The family came first, with an upgrade to a Grand Cherokee.

Now I am older and the kids are bigger so I got myself back on the fun side with a bone stock 1990 Wrangler. Let the good times roll!
