Allied Military to U.S.

by Hua
(Macedonia)

Hi, First time to write about this topic. I am working for the Army, lend forces, country, Macedonia. As a allied military to U.S. I have been on a mission in Iraq. Nice place, except the desert, the heat, the lack of beer, real one, etc.

Had a lot of good time with US soldiers, not just work. One time I prepared a barbecue, beef, large cuts, for my US friends from the Victory base. Nice party it was, as it could be for one hour. I have to say, that I took the meat from the D-fac, didn't buy it. Gym helps a lot to put all of the negative thoughts out of your mind. They need more visits from cheerleaders squads, for sure.

What else, sometime I email them, talk about daily subjects, funny stuff, etc. There is no need to make them remind, or remember the difficulty of the situation they are in, there, in Iraq. Life is going on.
