Go beyond the beaten path.....Go...."On Safari"!!!!!

2010 New Years Day, Forbes Forest, Somerset co. Pennsylvania

I just bought a 1997 Jeep Wrangler SE, 4 cyl. 2.5L, 5 speed manual.

I bought it for $4200.00 off a man who refurbished it not to make money, but as a home project.

When I looked at other Jeeps, nothing compared to this one. The new paint is an AMC color, "autumn brown" and all other trim, including hard top is black. He even painted the stock rims black powder-coat. I love my Jeep. I call it "ON SAFARI".

It needs decals of some sort on the sides where generally is written "4.0L Sport". I put a 5 ft. CB antenna on it for hoisting a flag.

I drive it mainly as a daily driver, but can't resist those back roads when they appear. Mountains in PA., are beautiful and I plan on exploring as often as possible to take pictures.

I like the freedom of a Jeep Wrangler to be able to escape the hustle of the concrete jungle and go "on safari" anywhere off road trails go, to explore unfamiliar surroundings, for excitement and to regain peace of mind.

I recommend a Jeep Wrangler for any one who wants more out of their vehicle and more out of life!!!!

Larry's Comment: When I here "Safari" I think of my favorite off-road past-time...exploring.

Nothing better than going places that you haven't seen before in a vehicle that can get you where few others can go.
