My 1987 Jeep Wrangler YJ My name is Anue and I am from Hawaii. My Jeep Wrangler is a 1987 Wrangler YJ. It has a standard transmission and a removable soft top and the engine and tires are stock. I use my Jeep Wrangler as my daily driver to and from work and also as my weekend camping and exploring vehicle. There are many four wheel drive only roads where I live and in local slang the roads are referred to as "jeep roads" since Jeeps are the best vehicles to traverse them. I love the Jeep's four wheel drive capabilities on rough lava roads, and being able to take the top off when the weather is nice and sunny. The soft top can get a little bit leaky in a heavy rain and also it makes highway driving pretty windy and noisy. The engine is small and so the vehicle gets good gas mileage but the Jeep lacks power when ascending steep roads.
