Jeep in Thailand

Jeep in Thailand

I bought this modified Jeep 4 years ago. Toyota diesel power and running gear.

I had an ambition to buy and an old flat fender to restore while retired here in Thailand, but it became all too hard, what with the language difficulty, etc.

Thai's love old Jeeps. I get lots of people saying "Rot suay", literally translated to "beautiful vehicle".

Larry's Comment: Very nice looker Dave! Any more details? Original manufacturer? Modifications?

From pictures I think this Jeep was built between 1948 & 1953. It is military style with power steering and 4 wheel disc brakes.
