Lot's of space in the Jeep Commander

by Jennifer
(Woodbridge, VA)

My first Jeep was a 2006 Jeep Liberty which I traded in because it lacked the space I really needed.

I purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander, 4x2 in Red Rock (a burgundy color), V6, Automatic, with Grey Cloth Interior, Third Row Option, Rear Backup Motion Sensor, Side Mirror Defrost, Auto Tailgate Lift and AM/FM/CD.

The one I purchased is stock. I did add the Stain Resistant Package to my purchase in order to prevent stains from ruining my interior. For the most part it does repel the spills as I have two children who can always find a way to spill something.

What I also find that I love is the amount of space you have. I have two car seats in the back and there is still room for a medium size person to sit in the middle of the two seats, and there is a seat belt for that "middle person".

If I have more than four people riding with me, I can pull up the third row seat and it can hold up to three people back there. Keep in mind that the third row holds three small to medium size people as there is less leg room. The great thing about the third row is there are AC controls on the sides so you can adjust your airflow.

The only bad thing about using the third row is it leaves no room for storage, so if you keep things in the back and have to pull up the third row you will need to unload those things at home first, otherwise you won’t have anywhere to put them.
