LOVE my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited BUT...

Have had problems with the computer. Transmission (automatic trans) is not shifting down to the lower gear.

A new computer trans. was put in and I still have the same problem. All wires have been inspected and seem fine. I'm at a loss and I don't want to have to dump more money into it... Has been in the shop too many times.

I use my jeep as a family vehicle and have cared for it since I've purchased it in 2001. I've got about 94K miles on it and would love it if they could fix it...just so frustrating...any advice?
