My 2006 Liberty Sport

I have grown up always wanting a Jeep Wrangler. Now, with two young kids, my Wrangler dream is out at the moment, but when I needed to upgrade my Ford Escape 2WD to a 4WD, the Liberty was first and only on my list.
I have a 2006 Liberty Sport. I love my Liberty. It has gone through a lot, especially recently since my husband is deployed. As we all know when the husbands are away everything that can go wrong will.
I am a stay at home mom so I only drive to take my daughter to school and shopping. I live in a fairly large city so I can do a lot of driving just going from the south part of the city to the north.
We live by the mountains. My husband and I have taken the Liberty up Pike's Peak and snow riding in Cheyenne Mountain. My only complaint about the Liberty is there is not much room. When you add two car seats, leg room is limited. My family makes several round trips from Colorado to Mississippi. We have a large dog, a small dog, and a cat. Traveling that far with our luggage, animals, and kids is very uncomfortable. This is the only time I have considered trading in my Liberty for something bigger, preferably a Commander.
The 4WD and EPS is great. I feel extremely safe driving in the snow with my Jeep. That is the whole reason why I needed a 4WD. I honestly believe more women than men drive the Liberty. The Liberty is more of the family vehicle. They are rugged, but not as much as the Wrangler.
