Although I myself do not do the driving, my boyfriend and I used to go out in our 1989 Toyota 4x4 v6 pick up all the time, (we have recently moved and have not gone out here yet). That truck is one of the most motivated little trucks I have ever been seen! We could take it up vertical hills in snow, in mud...it just never seemed like there was something it couldn't get through. One of our favorite places to go was out on the forest service land in North Idaho. On one such trip out there we were looking for a Christmas tree. As we were in the midst of plowing through the snow and muck, he was telling me about how he had been out there with his cousin a couple of weeks ago and when he started 4-bying, that he started freaking out and was so worried that they were going to get stuck. That only made Rock want to do it more and so they tore up and down the hills and through the huge puddles for about 20 minutes before Aaron could NOT take it anymore! Good times!
