Two Jeep girl (not at the same time)
by Jeri
Hi, I'm Jeri (yes, a girl) and my last 2 vehicles have been Jeeps. I had a '97 Wrangler that I absolutely loved but I wrapped it around a tree in an accident. I had been attempting to pass another car which turned left, in front of me. We hit hard, at an angle, both cars left the road, hit again, and mine continued (thankfully at a reduced speed by this time) and hit a tree with enough force to buckle the frame and pop the windshield. I had my great dane riding in the back and neither of us were injured. That little Jeep was like a tank as far as safety goes! Further, the insurance claim adjuster was astonished at how little the Jeep had devalued in the 6 years that I had driven it. I was so impressed with my Wrangler that I decided to choose another Jeep as my replacement vehicle. I opted for a Liberty this time around and am still driving it. It's a 6 cylinder, five speed, manual transmission, model and has been just as reliable as my last Jeep. There are many reasons I chose to buy another Jeep, and will continue to buy Jeeps when I get new vehicles. I have always had at least one dog that I take daily to the country to be walked, so the cargo area in the Jeeps has been a blessing. The back seats fold forward so there is always lots of room for dogs or groceries or anything else I have needed to transport. I love the handling and stability of the Hi-Speed 4WD in the winter and the fact that I have never gotten my Jeep stuck in mud, snow, or sand. My Jeeps are used mostly around town but have been great for the occasional off-road adventure through the woods. I love the looks, the reliability, handling, and power Jeeps offer, and can't imagine owning anything else!
