Wouldn't buy another Jeep Liberty

I drive a maroon 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport edition with four-wheel drive. My Liberty definitely has positives and negatives to it.
The positive? It is a comfortable, cute but somewhat smaller SUV and handles great in the snow. I love that it can drive in two-wheel and saves on gas in normal ideal driving conditions. The pricing is also not bad for Jeep Liberty's, when compared to some other similar models of other brand SUVs.
Although I love my Liberty, I've also had a LOT of problems with it. It is a HUGE gas guzzler. I drive it for a short commute, which used to include freeway driving and does not anymore, and it averages probably about 17 mpg. Ouch! I've also had a lot of problems that have been expensive to repair...a cracked radiator, numerous broken hoses, steering fluid leaks, rear differential leaks, the seatbelt getting stuck...you name it, my Jeep has had it. It's had to be towed three times and it's not even to 70,000 miles. Yikes!
As far as the manliness of Jeep Liberty, I think it's a little bit girly. I'm a woman and I see a LOT of women driving them, and not so many men.
I overall do enjoy my Liberty, but if asked whether or not I'd buy one again...the answer would be no.
