Best Liberty Jeep

I have an '06 Jeep Liberty CRD and love it. I say bring back the diesel in the Liberty.

I would love to get a new one in a year or two, but not until the CRD comes back. I get 28mpg at highway speeds and 22-23 overall knocking around town.

Plenty of power, and so far no problems except for the electric windows; already had to replace two. Chrysler was okay about it, but I had to pay a $50 deductible. Those windows need a design change which I hope has already been taken care of.

Larry's Comment: I agree Don. I would like to see the diesel in more Jeeps as well.

I doubt that your CRD German made diesel will return anytime soon, but since Fiat is in control of Chrysler I believe they have ideas for another (European) diesel engine for some cars and Jeeps alike.
