There's a spot right on the Ohio river off route 7 called Wellsville, Ohio!!. It is by far the best place I've ever been for taking my Jeep out. It's called forbidden zone (they have a myspace page). It's totally legal and always a great time. They have campsites and everyone will offer a hand when needed!!
