1971 CJ5

This 1971 CJ5 was one that came stock with the Dauntless Oddfire 225 V6.

I swapped it for a 1990 Chevy 4.3 V6 and a SM456 transmission out of a 1970 truck. I've also swapped the front Dana 27A for a shortened Dana 44 out of a mid 1970's Chevy Blazer.

I put disc brakes on all 4 corners as well as a Wilwood clutch master and swinging peddles from a 1972 donor CJ.

I changed the stock 3.73 gears for 4.56's and gained back much needed power to turn the QR78-15 Buckshot Mudders.

I plan on putting a Blue Fab Torch tube fender kit on it.
