"Dirt" Cheap Jeep

We were looking for a donor car that had a 42re transmission and we found a Jeep Grand Cherokee for $450 that had 80,000 miles on it.
The engine would turn over but never start. We brought a battery just out of curiosity, and when given power, every light flashed as if the alarm was going off (tripped security system).
To un-trip the security system you lock the door, and then unlock it. The Jeep fired up before we could get off the key. We ran inside, paid $450 for it.
The guy asked if we needed help loading, we smiled and drove it up on the trailer, title in hand.
