We came across a neat little 1971 CJ5 with a 134 ci, Inline-4 cylinder motor.
It will be a long project to get it up to where I want it, but we did get it started and running smoothly.
I look forward to getting out with this little beast and chasing a little wild life with our cameras some day soon.
Larry's Comment: John...Jeeps aren't "money pits". They just have a way of taking all of your money, and making you glad that they did...especially when you get out into the backcountry four-wheeling and having a blast.
The pain of going broke only lasts until the next time you hit the trails in your little beast.
Enjoy that neat little CJ5 package. By the way, it looks like a good foundation to build upon.
