News Flash...Merger of Chrysler and Fiat to Be Exceptionally Difficult

Looks like Fiat hastily jumped at the Chrysler freebie take-over offered up on a platter by our government and incompetent management/ownership...with little forethought to how hard it would be to pull it all off.
Setting up business in a different country (i.e. Italy to the United States) requires significant planning and preparation..much of what has not happened with the Fiat folks..it would appear.
Fiat once did business selling a line of inferior cars here in the U.S. but they have been operating in Europe and not here for some time now.
I just hope they (Fiat) don't mess up the Jeep by putting some Euro/Italian squirrel cage motor in it and calling it a...Jeepazzio!
