'87 Jeep Comanche Pickup

by Blaine Goodrich
(Hartland, ME)

This is my 1987 Jeep Comanche truck that my father gave to me as a graduation present.

The body is in good shape and runs like mint condition. Not much else I can say to that.

Larry's Comment: What a great graduation gift Blaine? I have a special feeling for the Comanche pickups and I still drive mine every day.

Future Plans
by: Blaine

I just wish it was four-wheel drive. It's a stock 4.0L straight 6. I plan on converting it into a 4x4 with a 4 1/2 inch suspension lift, 33 mud brute tires, and I have another engine that I'm gunna punch out and just make it extremely bad a** as possible.

Work in progress

Well, I finished installing 4x4. Sounds like it's binding while turning, so still need to get the bugs out, but all in all it works.
